No. Emergency calls are billed at our standard rate, day or night. If we can't get to you the same day, we'll tell you honestly and schedule the earliest opening.
Most Meridian and west-valley addresses get a same-day visit when you call before 2:00 pm. True emergencies — no heat in winter, no water, or an active leak — are prioritized around the clock.
Yes. We hold current Idaho HVAC and plumbing licenses and carry full liability insurance and workers' compensation. We're happy to show credentials on request.
